What results can I expect?

RevPilot is currently in beta, so we're still gathering data on results. The AI needs at least 24 hours of data to generate its first recommendations. Results will vary by store size and traffic volume.

How long does setup take?

Under 60 seconds. Install the app, click “Connect Pixel” in Settings, and you're done. No code to paste, no theme modifications, no developers needed.

Does RevPilot slow down my store?

The tracking pixel uses Shopify's sandboxed Web Pixel API and sends data asynchronously, so it's designed to have minimal impact on your page load speed.

Do you integrate with other platforms besides Shopify?

Not currently. RevPilot is built exclusively for Shopify to provide the deepest possible integration. We use Shopify's native Web Pixel API and Billing API for a seamless experience.

Is my data safe?

Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using AWS infrastructure. We automatically delete all data when you uninstall, and your data is never shared with other stores. We are working toward full GDPR compliance.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. All subscriptions are managed through Shopify's billing system. Cancel anytime from your Shopify admin — no questions asked, no hidden fees.
